Refund Policy

At Aqoye, every order is made with care.

Because many of our products are made to order or sold through pre-orders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Minor variations in print placement or color due to screen differences

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aqoye.support@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
